Finding Form

My imagination was always encouraged as a child - the more I wondered and the farther I wandered the better. One of my favorite games was to look for faces in the most common of every day places. I'd excitedly look up at passing clouds, down at my feet at the tiny cracks in the pavement, at the cream swirling in my father's coffee cup, or in the pasta sauce from my mothers cooking...

Finding form became a fascinating pastime for me. In many ways, this type of creative exploration played a big part in the way I built and framed my own worldview - seeking art in the most unlikely of places.
